1. Who operates the platforms
Arrumou and Arrumou Neural are operated by AI Clark Development Inc., a company registered in Canada, under the jurisdiction of Quebec, Canada. Allan Portela is the CEO (robert@arrumou.com). Bruno Portela is CISO and CTO (bruno@arrumou.com). These terms apply to the platform identified on this page and related services.
2. Account and responsible use
You must have at least 18 years and ability to hire, or act with valid authorization from an organisation. Provide correct information, protect your access and report suspected misuse. Do not publish illegal, misleading or discriminatory content; do not violate third party rights, try to access data without authorization, explore vulnerabilities, or use automation that compromises the service.
3. Accommodations and reservations in Arrumou
Arrumou facilitates the discovery of accommodation, communication and reservation. The host or operator identified in the ad is responsible for accommodation, availability, licenses, security, information and execution of the stay. AI Clark Development Inc. does not become owner or host for hosting an ad. Before confirming, check dates, capacity, total value, fees, house rules and cancellation policy. Confirmation depends on the flow and status displayed in the reservation; an isolated request or proof does not guarantee confirmation.
4. Payments, cancellations and disputes
Values and conditions presented at the closing of the reservation or hiring govern the transaction, observed the applicable laws. Payments may be used PayPal, Pix or other means displayed in the service. Don't send money out of the stream without checking the recipient. Cancellations, escrows, collateral and changes follow the policy presented for the transaction and the mandatory legal rights. To contest a charge or report divergence, keep the reservation code and the vouchers and contact the host and support.
5. Arrumou Neural and operation data
Neural offers hosting management tools, staff, reservations, customers, finance, channels and artificial intelligence resources according to the contracted plan. The hosting operator defines permissions and is responsible for the legality of the data that he inserts, for obligations to guests and workers, for operational decisions and for keeping copies or exports necessary to his records. External integrations depend on third party permissions and services; synchronized calendars can be delayed and must be checked.
6. Plans, renewal and closure
Price, currency, units included, duration of access, form of renewal and resources are those displayed before hiring. Do not assume automatic renewal when it is not expressly informed and authorised. Expiration or suspension may limit resources. Request cancellation or export information for support; payment obligations and legal retention of existing records may remain. Price changes are valid for future contracts or renewals, with communication when required.
7. Content, ads and intellectual property
You retain the rights to the content you publish and grant the company the non-exclusive license necessary to store, technically adapt and display this content in the provision of the service. Active advertisements, photographs, evaluations and published recommendations are public and can be indexed by searchers and discovery services by AI. Do not publish personal data from third parties without legal basis. Labels, code and particulars of the platform belong to the company or its licensors.
8. Artificial intelligence and local guides
Assistants, suggestions, scripts, images and guides can use artificial intelligence and external sources. They may contain outdated errors or information. Check events, schedules, prices, availability and recommendations with the source or responsible before deciding. The use of AI does not replace professional evaluation or transfer to the system responsibility for financial, legal or security decisions. Don't send unnecessary sensitive secrets or data to assistants.
9. Availability, suspension and responsibility
We seek to keep the service available, but maintenance, failures and unavailability of third parties may interrupt it. We may restrict content or access to fraud, security risk or breach of these terms, with communication and contact opportunity when possible. Each party answers for its acts and obligations according to the law. No provision excludes liability that cannot be legally removed, mandatory guarantees or consumer rights.
10. Legislation and conflict resolution
These terms are governed by Quebec laws and the applicable Canadian federal laws. The competent courts of Quebec are the reference forum, without preventing access to another forum, regulatory body or mandatory protection provided for by the legislation applicable to the consumer, including in Brazil where relevant. First seek support for a friendly solution; we do not require waiver of legal rights or mandatory arbitration.
11. Changes and contact
The date of this page identifies the published version. Relevant changes shall be communicated by appropriate means where required, and shall not retroactively alter the mandatory rights of a completed transaction. Commercial and contractual matters: robert@arrumou.com. Technical issues and safety: bruno@arrumou.com. The applicable privacy policy and cancellation policy complement these terms.
